Sensa is easy to use because you just have to sprinkle it on your food.  It doesn’t change the texture or taste of the food because it’s just like sprinkling salt on your food.  If you are on the go you can take the to-go packets so you are never with out this additional diet aid.  If it takes about 20 minutes to get the feeling that you are full you really need to use an appetite suppressant before you sit down to eat.  Sensa is not likely to help you lose a lot of weight but if it helps you to feel fuller throughout the day it’s a great way to start.
